Forevermark is known for its carefully selected diamonds, which are responsibly sourced and that’s what encouraged Bibhu to join hands with the brand. He adds, “My bond with Forevermark is sort of forever and it’s a beginning of a very long journey.” His inspiration behind this collection is nature and women. He believes that both women and nature have same attributes; that they both are strong and are of a giving nature. The current Artemis collection is an assortment of 17 pieces, which includes stylish layered necklaces, cocktail rings, pendant necklaces, earrings, bracelets and cuffs made from yellow and white diamonds are used for the same.

The bracelet has a design of petals layered over each other that give the piece a three-dimensional effect. The designs are created in a manner which maintains a balance between modernity and old-world craft.

Talking about the Indian influence on his designs he says that his birthplace does have an influence on his designs but it’s very subtle. ”Every time I put pen to paper and try to sketch and come up with some ideas, my Indian heritage seeps through it, and, sometimes, I don’t even realise it; The way I see colours, the way we all see colours, being born and raised here, is very different from the rest of the world,” adds the designer.

Also speaking at the event in Hyderabad, Sachin Jain, President Forevermark India said, “The collection is a perfect amalgamation of Bibhu’s unique vision, with immaculate craftsmanship by PMJ and natural Forevermark diamonds.”

The new collection is exclusively available only at the PMJ store in Hyderabad for the time being, as it is the key retail partner of Forevermark diamonds. Also coming up next for Bibhu is his Fall 2020 collection, which will be unveiled in February 2020.
