CBS released teasers for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s tell-all interview with Oprah yesterday and the internet just cannot handle the ‘royal tea’. A “no subject is off-limits” style interview will go live in the US on Sunday, March 7. The clips hint at shocking revelations about their publicised split from royal duties. In one of the snippets, Harry says, “I can’t begin to imagine what it must have been like for her (Diana) going through this process by herself all those years ago, because it has been unbelievably tough for the two of us – but at least we had each other.” Meghan comments on the palace’s reaction to the tell-all interview, “I don’t know how they could expect that after all of this time, we would still just be silent, if there is an active role that the firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us,” Markle says. “And if that comes with the risk of losing things, I mean there’s a lot that’s been lost already.”
