Sotheby’s auction house has diversified its business model with the launch of a new online platform called Buy Now that allows consumers to purchase luxury items without having to go through the bidding process and extra fees. The platform sells fine art, collectible sneakers, exotic skin Hermes handbags, rare wines and spirits as well as art works from Sotheby’s network of art galleries across the US. Jewellery, watches, writing instruments and classic cars can also be purchased on the platform. The 45 mm Excalibur Huracán STO is powered by an automatic RD630 calibre with a honeycomb motif. The upper calibre has a strut-bar design bridge reminiscent of those found on the V10 engine of the Lamborghini Huracán supercar and an original strap featuring perforated blue calfskin leather that allows a view of the sizzling orange fabric overlaying a comfortable rubber inner. Pravaig unveils Made in India luxury EV Bengaluru-based electronic car start- up Pravaig Dynamics has designed its first fully homegrown luxury electric car that promises to step up the electronic vehicle (EV) game in India. The EV start-up officially unveiled the Extinction MK1 premium electric car on December 4, ahead of its launch sometime in 2021. The company claims that the car has a range of more than 500 kms in a single charge.
