Kyma’s April Gonsalves manages to pick out flavours that best match with gin, like grapefruit and cucumber, with an added sweetness of honey. Calling it Found in Paradise, the cocktail takes a tart cucumber-infused gin, amalgamating it with fresh grapefruit juice, grapefruit sparkling water and a dash of honey, creating a perfectly refreshing, not too sweet cocktail that is easy to recreate. Ingredients: 2oz cucumber infused gin 2oz fresh grapefruit juice 2oz grapefruit sparkling water ½ tsp honey 1 cucumber twist 1 small grapefruit wedge for garnish Ice cubes as required Preparation: Mix cucumber-infused gin with a splash of grapefruit tonic, fresh grapefruit juice and honey. Ingredients: 1 old fashioned glass 60ml gin 30ml lime juice 30ml sugar syrup 30ml black tea 1 egg white ice as per requirement Preparation: Add ice, gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and egg white in a shaker. Shake it well. Double strain the mixture. Add ice in an old-fashioned glass. Pour the mixture on the ice. Add black tea to the mixture and garnish. 6.
