Prior to being the Head of Audi India, Dhillon worked with Porsche India, Honda Cars India, TAFE India and Larsen & Toubro Limited, India. Having completed his Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and later studied finance from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, he packs in technical, managerial and financial knowledge. With a keen interest in automobiles, he was the first one to start a vintage and classic car restoration in Indore in 1980. After graduating from Northwood University in Michigan, he worked at Fiat in Iran for a few years.
