Panag has most recently been featured in Family Man, a web series being streamed on Amazon Prime, in which she plays the role of an intelligence officer. The adrenalin junkie had made quite a noise in 2015 when she drove on Ladakh’s treacherous roads as part of the Off Road with Gul Panag series on Discovery Channel.
An entrepreneur, Panag Co-Founded a fitness start-up called MobieFit (2017) and has been vocal about living healthy and eating nutritious food ever since. The super-fit, gorgeous 40-year-old Panag speaks to LuxeBook about style, food, luxury, travel and films.
My personal style in five words – practical, comfortable, quick, flattering and effortless.
My favourite clothing brands are fashion labels Massimo Dutti (its clothes work for my body type) and French brand Sinéquanone. From India, I love Anita Dongre, Gauri and Nainika and Sameer Madan’s bodycon dresses.
My go-to pair of clothing is a pair of denims.

I splurge the most on bodycon dresses. It is my go-to outfit as it fits me well and doesn’t need to be ironed as it is usually stretched and takes the shape of the body.
My style motto is to be comfortable.
My go-to pair of accessories are watches or solitaires.
My favourite holiday destination is Turkey. It used to be South Africa, but Turkey is much closer. It takes half the time to
get there.

My favourite cuisines are Mexican, Vietnamese and Burmese and I love going to La-Gwa Bistro, a small bistro right next to my house.
My two favourite fragrances are Bottega Veneta – Knot and Miss Chloé by Chloé.
Luxury to me is choice.
Things that are keeping me busy these days are my son, family, work and my production company Tittar Lodge Productions. On the acting front, things have been extremely busy as well. Family Man came out some time ago. Another Amazon series will be released sometime next year. This year, on the cards are Neil Nitin Mukesh’s Bypass Road followed by MX Player’s Pawan and Pooja followed by ZEE’s Rangbaaz.

The most powerful luxury influencer is the film industry. It influences lifestyle and fashion as film stars are larger than life. Subconsciously, everyone is impacted, including those who feel they don’t get affected. Nowadays, consumer choices are dictated by people who are famous and have the power to engage.
