Five new designer sneakers we’re drooling on

Pratishtha Rana
Sneakers are the ultimate wardrobe staples. And lately, the sneaker world has been quite busy in reinventing the iconic designs, bringing newer silhouettes and playing with patterns and colours. We list the new season’s top five designer kicks that might just turn out to be your next favourite!
Nike Go Fly Ease
The crucial sneaker innovation that has the entire industry talking, Nike’s newest Go FlyEase are the perfect hands-free sneakers ever! Inside the shoes is a tensioner band and a bi-stable hinge. When the feet steps into the sneakers, the hinge clicks locked. While stepping out of it releases the flexible hinge back up and the inner sole takes the kickstand position.
Talking about the colours, the lace-free, slip-on sneakers capture the beauty of soft pastels merged with a hitting hue of neon.
According to the official website, The Nike GO FlyEase is currently available via invite for select Nike Members.

Balmain B-Bold low-top sneakers
Bold and futuristic, these low-top sneakers by Balmain are the new season’s offering. The body features a mix of black calfskin and suede, black laces and an embossed gold Balmain monogram sitting sideways on top. The all-black palette is accented with metallic gold finishes and half-zipper contours. The chunky sneakers feature thick, dual platform soles with punctured holes through it.

Giuseppe Zanotti Blabber Craft
New season brings newer aesthetic moodboard, thanks to Giuseppe Zanotti’s jazzed-up version of Blabber Craft. This pair of sneakers is laden with a chic, multi-patterned patchwork effect, with florals, denim and houndstooth as the core patterns. The sole of these high-top shoes is lent a completely clean white palette with a 3D-textured rubber finish.

Adidas + Kanye West YEEZY Boost 700 Sun
Kanye West and Adidas first launched the YEEZY Wave Runner 700 in 2017. And the latest drop of Yeezy Boost 700 Sun is reminiscent of the former’s silhouette in many ways. Only the colour comes changed, in vivid hues of yellow and orange. The upper of the sneaker is made out of full-grain leather and soft suede overlays in a rather sharp, edgy finish. The drop-in midsole of Yeezy Boost 700 has a comfortable underfoot cushioning, while the reflective design on the heels gives a visual touch to the sneakers.

Dior-ID
A perfect romance between sporty and stylish or formal and informal – Dior’s latest sneakers are the right fit for any outfit in a wardrobe. The dual-toned footwear, called the Dior-ID, comes in five colourways. The upper is made of calfskin leather and has a lateral strap in contrasting colours, like red, green and deep blue, with a gold-toned ‘DIOR-ID’ logo stamped on it. An outward stitch line covers the sneakers and connects to the elevated rubber soles that feature Christian Dior’s star symbol.
