Famous Chef Christophe Langrée has designed a four-course food menu for travellers. It begins with a cold starter, a hot dish, a cheese plate and a dessert. Just before landing, passengers are served a light snack with savoury and sweet options.
“Taking people on a voyage is our business, both, in the air and in their minds. Our cuisine plays a part in the La Compagnie journey. It always follows the seasons and our passengers’ gastronomic desires. Straight to the point, simple, and good, those are our guiding principles. From my native Brittany to my travels around the world, I have kept only the best to share with you,” says Christophe Langrée.
The menu changes every month and signature dishes by top chefs from Paris, Nice and NY are added to it regularly. Some of the contributing chefs are David Toutain, Frédéric Duca, Florent Ladeyn, Yann Couvreur, and Gaël & Michaël Tourteaux. Also, a fine selection of Champagne and wines is curated by their chefs with Bettane x Desseauve, Wine Critics.
“Food can’t be appreciated without good wine. Organic wine is being served in the greatest restaurants. We wanted to invite La Compagnie’s passengers to discover this perfect way of appreciating their meals at 33,000 feet.” Thierry Desseauve, Founder of Bettane x Desseauve.
The airline also offers a premium ‘Chauffeur from/to the airport’ service operated by their partners, Le Cab (Paris and Nice) and Addison Lee (New York). You can also book a helicopter transfer from/to Monaco with Monacair, a Monegasque helicopter company.
