Lamborghini’s new Sián Roadster is already sold out! 

Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled the Sián Roadster, a limited-edition, open-top hybrid super sports car. Equipped with Lamborghini’s iconic V12 engine, the hybrid technologies delivers excellent performance.

Sián in local Bolognese dialect means flash or lightning. This denotes the Sián Roadster’s electrification as part of the future hybrid strategy while also maintaining the company’s super sports cars performance.

The roofless design comes with a spectacular cockpit! It’s always open to the sky and resonates the inimitable V12 sound from the most powerful Lamborghini engine to date.

Only 19 units of this beast will be made and all of these are already sold.

Sián’s design is absolutely classy—long sculptured contours and characteristic aero wings and the car’s low front houses the iconic Lamborghini Y-shape headlights.

The rear of the car incorporates Lamborghini’s evocative hexagon design, which includes six hexagonal taillights that are inspired by their popular car Countach. The rear wing is integrated within the profile and extends out only during driving, to enhance the performance.

The car’s innovative supercapacitor application, a world-first technology, stores 10 times the power of a lithium-ion battery.

Located in the bulkhead between the cockpit and the engine, it ensures perfect weight distribution.

The battery is three times more powerful than a battery of the same weight and three times lighter than a battery producing the same power.

The V12 engine is clubbed with a 48-volt e-motor, giving an output of 785 hp (577 kW) at 8,500 rpm.

Combined with the additional 34 hp from the hybrid system, the Sián Roadster delivers a total of 819 hp (602 kW) and reaches a top speed of over 350 km/h.
