Reliance Industries Limited’s’ Chairman Mukesh Ambani became a grandfather as his son and daughter-in-law Akash and Shloka Ambani welcomed a baby boy into this world on December 10.
Just a few days old, the little baby born into the richest family in Asia, is already the youngest billionaire in the world. Currently, Mukesh Ambani is the 9th richest man in the world, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He has a net worth of $76.8 billion (Rs.5.65 lakh crore) as of today.

Akash is the eldest child. He got married to his school sweetheart Shloka Mehta in March 2019. The wedding was a grand affair and was attended by top celebrities and personalities including Hillary Clinton and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai.

Being the first grandson of Mukesh Ambani, he stands to inherit a sizeable share of his grandfather’s wealth. Their $2billion home Antilia, located on Mumbai’s tony Altamount Road, is estimated to be the world’s second most expensive property after the Buckingham Palace.

The 27-storeyed building has six residential floors. Each floor’s height is equivalent to two average floors. The house has several guest suites, a spa, salon, a private theatre and 5 floors dedicated to their luxury cars.
The little baby’s father Akash Ambani is on the Board of Directors of RIL. Akash owns a stunning fleet of cars including Bentley Bentayga, a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, Range Rover Vogue and Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé.

Reliance Industries is the biggest conglomerate with businesses spanning energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail, and telecommunications.
Reliance Brands Limited (RBL), which is a part of Reliance Industries Limited is the largest retailer of international and domestic luxury brands in India.
The Ambanis also own the Indian Premier League cricket team, Mumbai Indians.
Shloka is the daughter of Russell and Mona Mehta. She is the Director of Rosy Blue Foundation, the philanthropic arm of her family firm Rosy Blue India of which her father is the Managing Director. They are one of the largest diamond manufacturers and also have interests in retail, media, real estate and financial services.
Now Mrs. Ambani, Shloka is also the co-founder of ConnectFor, an organisation that helps NGOs get volunteers.
