Atlas “F” missile silo was bought through the Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) programme. The site has been tested and declared safe for development by the State of Kansas, the Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency. This 14-story bunker is one of the most hardened structures built back in the 60s in order to survive a direct nuclear strike.
