The Republic Day Brunch at Seven Kitchens will see chefs along with their teams of culinary experts prepare a special brunch that puts a spotlight on Indian regional dishes and local specialities. Guests can indulge in dishes such as Rassam, Shahi Paneer Pasanda, Meen Moilee, Purvanchal ka Saag, Dabba Ghosht, Pindi Choley and a lot more.

Dishes like Tricolor Dhokla, Murgh Tikka, Achari Paneer Tikka, Green Peas Ghughra, Laal Maans, Murgh Aloo, Nanjil fish curry, Zaffrani Murgh Biryani, Potato Dauphinoise with Carrot powder, Baked fish fillets, Tiranga Barfi, Motichoor Ladoo, Kaju Pista Roll, Badam Kesar Katli, Ras malai, Boondi Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, Trio of Panna cotta, Chocolate Mousse with Apricot Rosemary Compote, Fresh fruit cake and Strawberry Mascarpone and an assortment of tricolour Cupcakes and Éclairs.

The cafe by the lake is serving dishes from across the country and the tri-coloured dishes are a treat for your eyes as well. Master chef Daryl Cardoz has curated traditionally modern dishes like Sevpuri-style Nachos & Guac, Dahiwale Chicken Wings, Crumb Fried Butter Chicken Parmi, The Great Indian Burger, Chilli Cheese Naan Bombs, Cornish Hen Farcha and Chenna Poda Tres Leches.
