Who says delicious food can’t be healthy?
Yogisattva, an elegant, vegan cafe in the heart of Bandra, India’s first Whole Foods Plant Based Culinary Academy, whips up yummy food that’s so good for your health!
Opened in 2021 by Raveena Taurani, a certified plant-based chef, Yogisattva is an all-day farm-to-fork, plant-based cafe that serves vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free eats. All its ingredients are locally sourced from farmers across India. Right from dips and sauces to their house-made bread and granola, everything at the cafe is made from scratch.
Moreover, Yogisattva also repurposes as much of its leftovers as possible by composting their wet waste, turning leftover almond pulp from almond milk into granola or using leftover coffee granules as natural fertilizers.
