Jennifer Lopez made it a very merry Christmas and New Year by announcing the launch of her beauty brand JLo Beauty that will soon drop in 2021.
While JLo has recently joined this wagon, there are several other celebrities who are already running successful beauty brands for a while.
Here’s a list of the most popular and luxe celebrity-owned beauty brands.

 

RARE BEAUTY
‘Rare Beauty is not about being someone else, but being who you are’ is how pop star Selena Gomez’s beauty brand describes itself.  The brand that was launched in the middle of this year, celebrates uniqueness with its range of eye, lip and face products as well as beauty tools.  

FENTY BEAUTY

Known for its product inclusivity across skin tones and genders, Fenty Beauty was launched by singer Rihanna back in 2017. The brand covers everything from lipsticks and bronzers to skincare products such as sunscreen and toners. The brand’s description says the lightweight products make skin look like skin.

PATTERN BEAUTY
Pattern beauty by actress Tracee Ellis Ross is a hair care line for curly hair. Launched in 2019, the brand’s mission is to nourish every curl pattern while retaining its uniqueness. The brand celebrates African-American beauty and curly hair through its shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner and other styling  products. Ross is reportedly going to add more products to the line soon in phase 2.

KKW
Kim Kardashian founded her own makeup brand KKW in 2017. With products ranging from shimmery eye shadow palettes to highlighters and concealers, the brand is synonymous with Kardashian’s style. The brand has several different collections such as Celestial Skies, Classic II and the recent Crystallized collection as well as holiday gift ranges.

KAY BEAUTY
Our very own Katrina Kaif is also a part of the list. In 2019, Katrina launched her makeup brand Kay in collaboration with Indian beauty retailer Nykaa and has a range of products from eye shadow sticks to concealers, lipsticks and more.

KYLIE COSMETICS
Another one of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kylie Jenner launched her beauty brand at the age of 18 in 2015 with Kylie lip kits, a collection of three liquid lipsticks with corresponding lip liners. The range has now grown to include several products like blushes, bronzers, loose powders and more.

VICTORIA BECKHAM BEAUTY
Spice girl Victoria Beckham launched her own beauty brand Victoria Beckham beauty in 2019 with Sarah Creal, a former Estee Lauder executive. When Beckham was collaborating with Estee Lauder, she met Creal and found a connection in their respective philosophies. This culminated into a streamlined collection of clean, cruelty free, high performance products made with luxury ingredients. The brand has a range of products from lipsticks to skincare, eye makeup and more.


FLORENCE
Known for her roles as Eleven in Stranger Things and the protagonist of Enola Holmes, actress Millie Bobby Brown a.k.a Mills launched her own cruelty free beauty brand in 2019. Named after her great- grandma, Florence by Mills promotes clean skincare and clean makeup that focuses on making you feel happy instead of caving to societal standards. The fun lavender packaging gives it a fresh and fun vibe.

FLOWER
Flower by Drew Barrymore was launched in 2013. It is known for its cruelty free products and their super bright fun packaging. Apart from the regular makeup products, Flower also has Drew Barrymore’s signature look and products picked by her and the Berry-More collection which includes six shades of flower pots powder blush, 10 shades of lipsticks and four eyeshadow colours.
