Megha Asher Co-founder and COO, Juicy Chemistry The journey of Megha Asher, the co-founder and COO of Juicy Chemistry has been an unconventional one. In her formative years, she studied in Mumbai and later moved to Coimbatore to study International Baccalaureate (IB) at The Chinmaya International Residential School. Currently, Asher—mom to four-year-old Meera—lives in Coimbatore. The idea to launch Juicy Chemistry is linked with her personal journey. As someone who struggled with hypersensitive and acne-prone skin for over a decade, due to PCOD, she visited several dermatologists. However, over time, she realised that the products lacked efficiency. Asher wanted to go the organic way—little did she know a visit to the mall will turn out to be an eye-opener. Thus, her brand Juicy Chemistry was born with the aim of offering ‘simplified skincare’ through chemical and preservative-free formulations. In fact, it is the first ever Indian brand with a range of complete certified organic products by Ecocert (France) in accordance with COSMOS V3 Standard. In her role as the COO, Asher manages day-to-day operations of the company, HR and order fulfilment, while also handling social media and customer support. She aims to inspire other mompreneurs and those suffering from acne and other skin issues to take the organic route. Beyond her work life, Asher enjoys painting, reading, listening to music and spending time with her daughter. “The definition of success is very individual. I don’t think I can define it as such.
